Restricted and Confidential Tenders

This release introduces the ability for users to restrict access to sensitive and confidential instructions and tenders. Limiting who can see the contents of the tender or instruction to specified individuals only.

Export Tenders and Direct Instructions as a PDF

You can now download an entire tender or direct instruction in .pdf format from within the tender or instruction’s overview.

Add an "Overall Assumption" to Direct Instruction Responses

You will now have the ability to leave an overall assumption when submitting a direct instruction without a scope of work.

The option to not suggest a fee type in Tenders and Direct Instruction

In-house Tender owners and collaborators can now indicate when no specific fee type is needed for a deliverable or task cost proposal within a tender or direct instruction, allowing for flexible fee selection based on individual circumstances or preferences.


What's Changed

Scope of Work Enhancements

For those tasked with responding to Tenders and Direct Instructions, LegalEye v0.34.0 brings a revamp to the Scope of Work feature - this release introduces new functionality such as:

  • The ability to add an overall assumption.

  • Add estimated days to each deliverable

  • See tooltips explaining each fee type

  • Collapse or expand the scope of work, so as little or as much information is displayed at your convenience.

External Managers Access to Tenders/ Direct Instructions

This release will allow external managers to access all non-secured Tenders and Direct Instructions their firm has been invited to thereby increasing the visibility our relationship owners have of the work they have been instructed whilst maintaining privacy and confidentiality as needed.

"All Attachments" Tab in Tenders and Direct Instructions

With this release, you will now be able to see all the attachments linked to a tender or instruction under one location without having to filter locked or unlocked attachments.
