The Instruction Template feature allows you to include a detailed scope of work which outlines the exact deliverables and activities to be performed and the desired fee type needed to conduct your organisation’s Direct Instruction. You can thus communicate clearly to the invited law firms what needs to be delivered, allowing them to submit tailored proposals with precise pricing. You can then save considerable time and effort by reviewing the proposed project scopes and pricing in a uniform manner.
Note: When creating a direct instruction from a template, you will be able to adjust the scope of work for said direct instruction whilst retaining the standard structure inputted in the template.
