The Template feature allows Template creators to invite colleagues to help edit and manage the Template. This allows you to improve the Template quality by inviting co-workers with diverse expertise and dividing the Template tasks among members based on skills and roles.
Selective access controls ensure that each team member has the right level of access based on their role and responsibilities.
Owners have the highest level of control, allowing them to modify content, manage team members, and adjust permissions as needed.
Collaborators can contribute and modify content, but their ability to manage membership and permissions is restricted.
Viewers have a read-only perspective, ensuring they can access the content without altering its integrity.
Note: When a new tender is generated from the template, members invited to the Tender template will not be automatically added to the Tender. The Tender creator will have to manually add any members.

When previewing a Template (see Previewing your Tender Template), click on “Manage Template” to start managing your Template’s members. This will redirect you to the manage template page, where you will see the current invited members.
