Adding Additional Questions to your Tender Template

Written by Raphael Cardona

LegalEye’s Tender Template feature allows you to include a set of standard questions that law firms must answer in their proposal. For example, you can use this feature to get more details about an invited firm’s experience, its proposed team’s background and its commitment to D&I. This will allow you to streamline the proposal evaluation process, as you are comparing responses against the same criteria, whilst ensuring that you receive all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

When you create a Tender from a Template, having your Tender pre-populated with frequently asked questions will allow you to save time and effort in the creation process. Less time spent recreating the same questions means users can complete Tender Templates more efficiently.

Step 1: Add a question to your Tender Template

Start by typing the question’s title, before clicking on “Add question details” to enter your question’s content. You will then have to click on “Add to questionnaire” to add the question to your Tender Template. You can then click on the “+” icon to Add a new question. Repeat this process until you have added the necessary questions.

Step 2: Edit a question

To edit a question, click on the three-dot icon on the right side of your question, before clicking on “Edit”. This will reopen the question box, enabling you to make the relevant changes. Once edits have been completed, click on “Save changes”. The edited question will then automatically be displayed.

Step 3: Delete a question

To delete a question, click on the three-dot icon on the right side of your question, before clicking on “Delete”. The deleted questions will be immediately removed.
