In LegalEye, you can decline a tender proposal straight from the platform to streamline the tendering process.
Step 1: Access the proposals tab
Open the relevant tender from the Tenders index (see guide) and click on the proposals tab. You can also click on the link found in the email notification received at the proposal’s submission to access the proposal.
Step 2: Decline a proposal
Once you have opened the proposal you wish to decline, click on “Reject Proposal” at the top of the proposal. This will instantly decline the law firm’s proposal. Additionally, a pop-up will display on your screen, allowing you to write an email to the rejected law firm. After rejecting a proposal, its status will be updated to ”Declined proposal”.
