In LegalEye, you can compare each submitted tender proposal side-by-side against the same key metrics, ensuring a standardised and objective comparison. This allows you to discern each law firm’s value, expertise, and suitability at a glance, thereby ensuring that the chosen law firm aligns with your company’s matter.
Step 1: Select proposals for comparison
To begin with, open the relevant tender and navigate to the Proposals tab (see Viewing Submitted Tender Proposals). Then, select the proposals you wish to compare by clicking on the checkbox next to the relevant law firm’s logo. A blue ribbon will appear, showing the number of proposals you have selected. If you wish to compare all submitted proposals, click on the checkbox next to “Select all”.
Step 2: Compare the selected proposals
After selecting the proposals you wish to compare, click on “Compare” on the right side of the blue ribbon. You will be redirected to the proposal comparison page.
Step 3: Navigate the comparison page
To ease the comparison process, you can collapse or expand the proposals’ sections by clicking on the arrow on the left hand side to the relevant section.
