In LegalEye, you can efficiently award a Direct Instruction proposal, ensuring a centralised communication flow, whilst reducing the margin for errors or oversight in the decision-making process.
Step 1: Access the Proposal
To access a proposal, navigate to the Direct Instruction Index and search for the relevant direct instruction see (Searching for a Direct Instruction) . Once you have done so, click on the “Proposal” tab. Alternatively, access the law firm’s proposal by clicking on the link found in the email notification received at the date the proposal was submitted.
Step 2: Award a proposal
To award a direct instruction proposal, click on “Award firm” at the top right of the proposal. This will instantly award the direct instruction to the relevant law firm and the proposal’s status will be updated to “Awarded Proposal”.
