Adding a Brief to your Direct Instruction

R
Written by Raphael Cardona

A brief can be added to your direct instruction - this should include any details important for the direct instruction such as context, issue, and desired outcome.

When writing your Direct Instruction brief you will be able to use a variety of rich text formatting options such as Bold, Italic, and Underlined fonts as well as bulleted lists and text aligning (as seen on the text format toolbar within the text area. There are also options for adding hyperlinks, images, and tables to the brief.

Note: This brief will be visible before conflicts have been cleared on LegalEye. If you wish to include information that should be accessed after conflicts have been cleared, please refer to the Adding attachments to a direct instruction guide that details how to add attachments that can only be accessed after clearing conflicts.
