You can invite team members to collaborate on your proposal at any point during the instruction process.
Step 1: Access the proposal
To access a proposal, navigate to the Direct Instruction Index and search for the relevant direct instruction (see Searching and Filter your Direct Instruction) . Once you have done so, click on the “Proposal” tab. Alternatively, access the law firm’s proposal by clicking on the link found in the email notification received at the date the proposal was submitted.
Step 2: Open the Invite modal
To do so, click on “invite” at the top right corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to search for the members you wish to invite. Please note that your firm’s relationship team is automatically populated in the pop-up modal.
Step 3: Invite collaborators
To invite collaborators, use the search bar in the pop up modal to search for members you wish to include in the invite box. Click on their profiles to add them to the invite. You can remove a team member from the invite by clicking on the “X” icon next to the member’s name. Once all desired members have been added the proposal, click on “Send invite”. All invited member wil appear under the “Invited Members” heading. Close the pop up modal by clicking on “X” at the top right corner.
