Written by Raphael Cardona

Being requested to resubmit your proposal can be an unexpected step in the instruction process. This guide provides you with clear actions on navigating resubmission requests, detailing how to identify the reasons and steps to successfully resubmit.

Step 1: Receiving a resubmission request

When you are asked to resubmit your firm’s Direct Instruction proposal, you will receive a notification with a link to access the proposal.

Step 2: Viewing the reason for resubmission

Once you have accessed the relevant proposal, you will see the

  • Reason for resubmission,

  • Date the resubmission request was made, and

  • User having made the resubmission request.

Step 3: Resubmit your Request

To resubmit your proposal, click on the “Update Proposal” button. You will be redirected to the first step of the proposal creation process, entering your proposal’s summary. You can then navigate to the section that needs to be edited.

For more information on how to fill these sections, see:

  • Writing your Direct Instruction Proposal Summary

  • Adding a Scope of Work to your Direct Instruction Proposal

  • Adding Attachments to your Direct Instruction Proposal

Once you have made the necessary changes, navigate to the proposal’s review page (see Reviewing and Submitting your Direct Instruction Proposal) and click on “Submit Proposal”.
