Reviewing and submitting your Direct Instruction Proposal

R
Written by Raphael Cardona

The review page displays all the Direct Instruction Proposal’s information in one consolidated view, allowing you, as the proposal creator, to perform a final comprehensive quality check before finalisation. This holistic review enables you to catch any issues early and verify accuracy and completeness to ensure a higher-quality proposal. The review page will only display the sections you have filled. For example, if you did not include a Scope of Work, then the Scope of Work section will not be shown on the review page.

Step 1: Access the Proposal Review step

During the proposal creation process, you can navigate to the “Attachments” step and click on “Proceed” at the bottom left corner of the page to access the review step.

Step 2: Edit your proposal in the review step

Once in the review step you can edit any of the previously entered sections by clicking on “Edit” at the right-hand side of your section.

Step 3: Submit your Direct Instruction Proposal from the review page

Once you have reviewed and edited your Direct Instruction proposal, click on “Submit proposal” to send your proposal. You will then be redirected to the Proposal Overview page, and your proposal’s status will be updated to “Proposal Submitted”.

Step 4: Save as Draft and submit your proposal from the Proposal Overview page

Alternatively, you can also click on “Save as Draft” and submit your proposal from your Proposal tab at a later time by clicking on “Submit” on the proposal tab. The proposal’s status will be automatically updated tp “Proposal Submitted”.
