As a law firm user, you must be able to efficiently access the Direct Instructions you have been invited to. In this guide, you will learn how you can open the Direct Instructions Index, which contains all the direct instructions your firm has been invited to participate in. You will then learn how to open a direct instruction from the Direct Instructions Index.

Step 1: Access the Direct Instructions Index

When you log into the platform, you will find a collapsible vertical menu on the left side of your screen. This menu contains various labels representing different sections of the platform. Click on “Direct Instructions” to be redirected to the Direct Instructions Index. Your Direct Instructions will be presented in a list format. Each entry will show the Direct Instruction’s title, status, jurisdiction, practice area, date of creation and lead contact.

Step 2: Access a Direct Instruction

In the Direct Instructions Index, you can open a specific direct instruction by simply clicking on its title.
