As knowledge management team, you would be able to create tags by simply following these steps:

Go to Admin Settings on the left navigation pane

You will be presented with a menu, you can click Tags menu

On the right-hand side, click Create tags

Once you're finished, click Create tag

4. Then input the Tag title and description
5. Once you're finished, click Create tag

You can follow these four steps, to archived unused/ irrelevant tags:

Click on the three-dots on the specific tag.
