For a user that is still working within your organisation but no longer need LegalEye access. We recommend you to deactivate the user account. This way, you can easily reactivate this user once they need LegalEye access again in the future.
To deactivate user:
Go to Contact tab on LegalEye and click on a specific contact
Click manage
Click Deactivate user
For a user that is will no longer working at your organisation, deleting their user account would be the best way to remove their access to the system.
To delete user:
Go to Contact tab on LegalEye and click on a specific contact
Click manage
Click Delete user
