Super Administrators
Super administrators are users who have access to all data in the environment. They will be able to see all matters, all users in the system and they will have the ability to make updates to any user data
These users will typically be RTB team, IT administrators
Administrators
Administrators are users who are able to create, update and remove data that relates to a user or profile but they DO NOT have access to all data. The limitation of what access an administrator has on data will be described in permission matrix.
These users will typically be EET team, pricing team and legal transformation team.
Members
Members are users who will only need to maintain their own data. It is very rare that a member will have the ability to update or remove data that relates to a different user but these limitations will be described in each individual feature section.
These users will typically be internal barclays lawyer.
Secondees
Secondees will behave as normal Barclays members except they will be prevented from accessing confidential information of other firms, such as:
Law firm rate cards
Law firm feedbacks
Law firm relationship account summary
