Managing Profile and Users

Contact and Lawyer profiles provide Super Administrators with a way to manage their individual contacts. This can include clients, internal contacts or any individuals invited into the system.

Create and manage Contact Profile

  1. Go to the Contacts page on located on the left navigation panel and click on the drop-down icon on the Create Contact button

  2. Choose between the Lawyer Profile or Contact Profile

  3. Fill in the details and click on the Create button

Once a profile has been created, the contact/lawyer can be invited to LegalEye as a user.

Invite Contact/Lawyer as a user

To invite Contact/ Lawyer as a user, follow these steps:

  1. On the Contact page, click on a specific contact that you would like to invite to LegalEye

  2. Click Invite to Platform located on the left side of the page

Choose the role and tick “Send an email for this invitation” to send an email invite. This invitation will last for 14 days

Generate Invite Link

If you opt out to send the invitation via a general invitation email, you can generate the invitation link and embed that to your own email.

  1. Go to the Contact page, click on a specific contact on the index and click Resend Invitation located on the left side.

  2. Click on Copy Link. This will generate a new shareable link that will be valid for the next 14 days.

Resend Invitation

If the registration period has expired, you can resend the invitation via a general invitation email, or you can also resend with the personalised invitation email

  1. On the Contact page, click on a specific contact and click on the Resend Invitation button located on the left side.

Click on Resend Invitation or Personally send invite via email, this will resend a registration email with a newly generated registration link that will be valid for the next 14 days
