I can’t log into LegalEye using SSO, can you help me?

There are four different scenarios that may be applicable here, these include:

Case #1 - Logging in

To log in, please go to this link https://legaleye.lawadvisor.com and input your registered email in the login field. You will be prompted to log in via SSO.

Case #2 - Logging in with a different email

If you are a law firm user you must have an email domain which is the same as your law firm in order to log in. Contact your admin and ask them to ensure that your profile is set up with the correct email domain.

If you are a Barclays user you may have multiple active emails with different domains but the same BRID (e.g. @barclays.com & @barclayscorp.com). If you have registered on LegalEye with username@barclays.com but your SSO account is username@barclayscorp.com you will not be able to log in. Contact your admin and ask them to ensure that the BRID has been set and is correct on your profile. This will then allow you to log in regardless of your domain name.

Case #3 - Logging in with the registration link

If you attempt to log in using the registration link after you have registered on the platform you will see an error. Once you have activated your account you should access the platform using this link https://legaleye.lawadvisor.com.

Case #4 - Missing SSO Configuration

If you are a law firm user and an error screen appears (see example below) when you try to log in using SSO then it is likely that there is an issue with the SSO configuration in your IT system. Please contact your platform administrator and ask them to ensure that you are:

  • Invited to LegalEye; and

  • Assigned a role in your law firm's authentication system.
