After registering, when you first sign in to LegalEye, you will be presented with an MFA set up flow where you will be required to choose an additional method of authentication in addition to the password and username you registered with. You can either use an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator (recommended) or SMS.

Once you have set up your Multi-factor authentication, each time you log in to LegalEye, you will need to use your MFA details to login.

Authenticator App

If you chose to use Authenticator app, you will get your one-time code for successful LegalEye log in.

Step 1. Input your Username and Password as usual

Step 2. Open your authenticator app, check what’s the current valid one-time code for you to log in

Step 3. If you put the correct one-time code, you can log in successfully
