Set secondment objectives

Managing a Secondment

Once your candidate is awarded a secondment, you need to set the secondment objectives for your law firm. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Objectives tab, then Law Firm Objectives

  2. Click on Set Objective

  3. Add your law firm objectives

  4. Review and click on Set Objectives on the bottom right

You can also set secondment objectives on behalf of the secondee by following these steps:

  1. Click on the Objectives tab, then Secondee Objectives

  2. Click on Set Objective

  3. Add your secondee objectives

  4. Review and click on Set Objectives on the bottom right
