How to search and filter on the Knowledge Base

Using Search and Filter

The Knowledge Management searching and filtering functionality allows users to easily find content on LegalEye.

To search for content on LegalEye:

  1. Go to Knowledge Base on the left navigation pane

  2. You will be presented with a global index

  3. Click on the search bar on the top of the knowledge management page

  4. Type in any related keywords

  5. Click enter, or;

To enhance the search results, you can add additional filters:

While on the search bar

  1. Pick the filters that you want to use, you can add as many filters as you want to refine your search result

  2. Click Apply
