Asking questions
If you use Knowledge Base and do not find what you are looking for, you may submit a question by following these seven steps:
Next to the Knowledge Base search bar, click Submit a Question
Type out your question in the provided box
Select the Priority level
Once you are happy with a response, you can Close the question or it will automatically close after 7 days
You can also mark a response as a preferred answer
You can Reopen the question if you require further responses
Alternatively, you can use the Q&A platform to ask questions
