Using the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base feature allows in-house team members to have better access to industry news and updates curated by firms on their panel.

Reading articles

To access Knowledge Base articles, you can follow these four steps:

  1. Go to Knowledge Base on the left navigation pane

  2. You will be presented with a global index, where Articles will appear as a tab

  3. You can use search and filter tool to find the most relevant articles

  4. Then click on the specific article you require

Viewing events

To access Knowledge Base, you can follow these four steps:

  1. Go to Knowledge Base on the left navigation pane

  2. You will be presented with a Global Index, where Events will appear as a tab

  3. You can use search and filter tool to find the most relevant events offered by Law firm

  4. Then click on the specific event to find out further details

Events can also be linked to the corresponding article to ensure any colleagues who were unable to attend, have the opportunity to read key takeaways.

Getting insight from previous answers

To access Knowledge Base Q&A, follow these four steps:

  1. Go to Knowledge Base on the left navigation pane

  2. You will be presented with a global index, where Q&A will appear as a tab

  3. You can use search and filter tool to find the most relevant question and answer

  4. Then click on the specific q&a you are interested in~
